How knowledgeable are you on late-game content, mostly bossing mechanics (Telos, Araxxor, The Magister, Nex: AOD)?: I don't have any experience with these, except Araxxor. I do however have a great understanding of how to PvM in general.

Not everyone will get the perk. And the energies and scales would leave the game for chimes by the time they get too cheap. Right now they are very expensive so it wouldn't hurt for them to get a little cheaper anyway.

Items in the chime should wont hold their value forever, especially if this is the only way t90 armour would leave the game.

I guess one way to counter it, is it add new items to the chime shop every now and then. Gonna stay neutral.

It only really affects 3 armor sets in the game. And all of those sets aren't TOO hard to come by. Worst case scenario they decrease the price of sirenic scales and malevolent energy a little bit, but even then, there are plenty of ways to avoid that. For instance, selling sirenic sets for chimes. It's basically budget invention, but it keeps the value of items high, and just reduces inconvenience for top end PVMers.

We did not have the chime shop back in the day, so that's true. Still tho, unsure how it'd effect the economy. There would be no scales/energies leaving the game, so eventually they'd be worthless when everyone has their t90.

Pros and cons anyway, id say im pretty neutral on Omicharger.

Also Omnicharger would probably decrease the price of top end gear a bit because you'd only need to get malev and sirenic once. But then again, they are really expensive right now anyway. So it's still a decent grind to get them.

Charge Befriender used to make t90 undegradeable. There's a reason it doesnt do that anymore. Don't think it would be a very good idea to reimplement that, even at a 100% price increase.
